At Bayside, we prefer a comprehensive approach to providing you with the services you need to make your boating worry free with a level of customer service above expectations.
Our professional technicians possess the skills to perform your services properly and efficiently. Our scheduling system allows us to arrange your service around your schedule, resulting in minimized downtime. Typically, we return your boat in just a few days, allowing you the ability to enjoy your investment. During your visit, if we notice anything of concern, we will not only notify you, but we will also provide options for resolution. All products are new OEM as required by the specific manufacturers. We service most late model outboard brands, factory Yamaha & Mercury. Basic service and routine maintenance, marine electronics & accessory installation. Winterization & storage prep. Repowers & kicker installs. We offer service in the Port of Everett stall or Dagmar's and we have a haul out facility for 30' and under.
We are the only service center that can offer on water and traditional drop off service.
Our traditional drop off program allows customers to drop their boat off Monday through Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm and an after-hours key drop.
Our “on water” drop-off program allows customers to bring their boat to our private dock, tie off, and we’ll take it from there. We have two mobile forklifts to safely haul out your boat, we coordinate the port required hull cleaning (Pressure Wash), bring your boat inside our shop, perform services, and return you to the water for pick up at our dock.
At drop off, one of our service staff will walk with you to discuss the service(s) requested, listen to your concerns, and provide insight to the right resolution. If services not provided by Bayside are required, our staff is happy to recommend and work with you to coordinate with local providers.
After service
At pick up, each service customer is provided with a complete detailed report of work performed and communication required to complete. Engine services include (where applicable) an engine ECM scan including engine hours and breakdown by RPM, and any current and or past engine fault codes. We save this documentation in our system to help continue with services and to provide additional value should you decide to upgrade.
